WHAT IS THE H3 CONNECTIONS PROGRAM?

Opening doors for underrepresented athletes—on the field, in the classroom, and beyond.

The H3 Connections Program removes barriers to participation and advancement for athletes who are underrepresented in baseball and in athletics more broadly. We provide access, mentorship, and exposure—so talent and effort, not circumstance, determine opportunity.

What We Provide

  • No-cost recruiting support — Connections athletes do not pay for recruiting services. H3 covers film and profile support, guidance on outreach, showcase navigation, and college recruiting advising.

  • Increased access — Facilities, training programs, equipment, and travel assistance where needed.

  • Representation — Elevating diverse voices in leadership, coaching, and governance.

  • Equitable pathways — Clear, fair routes to development, competition, and advancement.

  • Community engagement — Listening first, tailoring support, and building trust with families and local partners.

How It Works

  1. Connect — Apply or be nominated for the program.

  2. Assess — We identify needs across skill, academics, and resources.

  3. Support — Receive a personalized plan: training, mentorship, and no-cost recruiting services.

  4. Advance — Ongoing check-ins, competition opportunities, and college exposure.
