H3 BASEBALL PLAYER/PARENT CODE OF CONDUCT *

Player Expectations: Respect – Treat teammates, opponents, coaches, officials, and spectators with courtesy and dignity. Effort & Commitment – Attend practices and games on time, give my best effort, and support my teammates. Sportsmanship – Accept wins and losses with humility, and never engage in taunting, fighting, or unsportsmanlike behavior. Safety – Follow all team rules, equipment guidelines, and safety protocols. Representation – Conduct myself with integrity on and off the field, remembering I represent H3 Baseball. Parent / Guardian Expectations: Positive Support – Encourage all players, including opponents, with positive words and actions. Respect Coaches & Officials – Allow coaches to coach and referees/umpires to officiate; avoid confrontations during games. Model Behavior – Demonstrate sportsmanship and respect for all participants. Communication – Address concerns with coaches or the Executive Director at an appropriate time, not during games or in front of players. Disciplinary Actions: Violations of this Code may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from participation in H3 Baseball programs, at the discretion of the Executive Director and Board of Directors. I have read and agree to the H3 Baseball Code of Conduct.
