H3 BASEBALL CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT *

I acknowledge that, through my role with H3 Baseball, I may have access to confidential or proprietary information including, but not limited to, financial data, personal records, donor information, program materials, and organizational strategies. I agree to: 1. Maintain the confidentiality of all such information during and after my affiliation with H3 Baseball. 2. Use confidential information solely for authorized and legitimate purposes related to my role. 3. Not disclose any confidential information to third parties without written authorization from the Executive Director or Board Chair. 4. Return or securely destroy all confidential materials upon completion of my service or employment. I understand that breach of this policy may result in disciplinary action, termination, or legal recourse.
